Untrustworthy, they lose your data and money with silence from support. Began to add $ from debit card but app added 3% credit card fee, so I added a checking account instead. Tendy listed my bank with Verify link, got 2 micro deposits, but back in Tendy my bank account had disappeared so couldn't complete setup (so thankfully I couldn't add money to lose!). Transferred promo balance to a Zelle recipient, money left Tendy, never arrived at recipient. No support replies after weeks. Avoid!

so have not received my $240 that I added to the app after 4 days! ridiculous, this app will rob you, do not use it.

There is virtually ZERO support. Ive tried using the website live chat and emailing them and nothing. I redeemed cash via Zelle payment..Its over 24 hours later and I have gotten ZERO communications from their team and ZERO emails or indication that there was any transaction at all, let alone receiving any sort of payment...Same goes for Paypal Redemption also...🤦 What the hell is the point of this app anyways if its main functions dont work? Just made my money disappear with zero communication

What’s new

We made it even easier to cancel transactions because, hey, we all make mistakes sometimes. Now you can more easily cancel from both the transaction confirmation screen and your activity history. And of course, we fixed a bug or two for good measure.
