I accumulated a good amount of points, and all of a sudden a new terms and conditions agreement popped up upon opening the app. I agreed, and on the next screen it asked for my age and gender. which is already on my acct profile. when I click the continue button it just says error and will not open the app. I'm beyond frustrated with the amount of hours I've spent accumulating points and now I cannot redeem them. I normally love this app and have never had a problem before today.

the game does pay but the problem is when it was time to cash out they didn't ask me what email my PayPal was under. they just sent it to the email I created their account with. WRONG! they said no problem, within 12 hours I would be refunded and I could use the correct email. that never happened. and when I finally got pissed off and told them what I thought, they waited for 4 days to tell me their "system" decided I was fraudulent. now they owe me about $30 and they refuse to pay. trashy

Don't waste your time!! I earned close to $30.00 by playing 3 games...that's it!!! when I tried cashing out, it was rejected. When I emailed asking for reasons why, I was told that there were discrepancies and non-compliance issues with my account. I emailed them to ask for clarification (maybe I did something I didn't realize..like VPN or something. I dont even know what a VPN is) and kept getting the same response...We know it's dissappointing...yada yada yada. Then they suspended my account!!
