Concept is nice and it works at a basic level, but occasionally bugs are introduced. So far they get fixed after a while. The effectiveness at keeping me off the internet makes up for the odd bug at present. Great app! One thing is that short while ago they added more trees to the app, which was very cool and motivating, but they aren't available through the Firefox plugin, which is a shame because I earn most of my forest this way.

Good idea, cute app, but quite buggy. Some whitelisted apps still trigger withering... it seems to be only if they're brought to the front? In particular, I have Spotify whitelisted and I can listen to music, but if I try to change playlists or something, my tree withers. Dismissing notifications (you know, so I can focus on my work and not on them) causes withering. Sometimes, not even always, if I press the home button to turn my screen on to check how much time I have left it withers my tree. Nothing like just trying to check how much time you have left and seeing that your tree has withered with less than 4 minutes to go. Overrall, adorable app design and very cute idea but definitely needs some kinks worked out.

This app has helped me stay focusedâ and get 100% on my recent online college exams. I seriously cannot find any other app in the play store that's comparable to this one. I have planted many treesâ and will be looking forward to planting a REAL tree through the app in the near future.
Its so simple, yet so effective. I have a hard time focusing on studies due to my phone, but because of this app, it has helped me a lot! The only thing I wish there existed was, connecting my google account for the back up instead of making a whole new account with passwords.
It's such a useful app! Simple yet so effective. My only problems with it is that I can't skip or pause music without my tree dying even with both advanced detection on and the Play Music app whitelisted. This app also seems to hate snapchat because even though I have my settings on Advanced Detection notifications from snapchat kill my tree.
I used to really love this app until it started killing my trees just for receiving a notification that I hadn't opened yet. Advanced detection is not on. May as well turn the phone off, but I use it for music.
The older version was great because I could play music in the background and if I didn't like the song I could skip it, but now it's so sensitive I can't get a notification without my tree dying and I don't know how to change it back. Makes it more frustrating than helpful these days
EDIT: This app seems to HATE Snapchat. My tree dies EVERY TIME I get a notification! Love this for just blocking out everything and focusing on my work for timed periods. I like that you're 'rewarded' at the end as well. Could maybe add more motivational statements out images as the seed grows and maybe have an animation that syncs to weather in your location?
This app keeps me from touching my phone when im studying but since the recent update if i getfacebook notifications my tree gets killed even when i leave on advanced detection. Furthermore i would like the trees to be in a similar art style so that i can combine them into one day without looking weird.
The kind of apps that just block everything else make me really anxious, but this one makes me calm down and just be more mindful and concentrate. It just provides the immediate reward that otherwise I'd be seeking in some social media or stupid video. I love it. I totally recommend it.
I love using this to focus on homework and school. My only problem is that I bough a wisteria, but I can't switch to it from the default bush. It's not a super big deal but it would be great to fix
Don't buy. This is an overpriced timer that should not be being featured by Google. This is a pretty solid example of a downward turn in Android applications that Google 2017 seems intent on pushing.
On the last second of my first plant the app gets stopped and doesn't open again even after reinstalling it it was no better do something about it is a very good app we need it so fix this fast
App is good for maintaining and fostering productivity, however unfortunately on the OnePlus 3 it cannot detect when I'm using another app. For example I'm planting a tree as I type this but the app doesn't realise
Trees wither if I get a notification. I need to disconnect from all WiFi for it to work!
The app was almost impeccable. There was a glitch once and now I have several dead trees that I shouldn't have. The problem is...I can't delete the record without paying for it.
Great app , but can you add some feature that we can add picture to motivate us ? The edit phrase is really great , but how about the picture we can select by ourself , and it change by the time , and we can organize it , THANK YOU :) Really glad to use this apps :)
Helped me the most during exam time...kept me off the phone and made me concentrate on my studies. Best app recommended for all students and struggling workaholics.

Great app. Please add the option to change the sound we hear when a tree has been planted. I find that the default sound is too gentle.

Brilliant idea, my only suggestion is that you incorporate a timer /stopwatch as well as a countdown function. Sometimes its hard to work out how long I'll be focused for, so i stop watch would be good. That way I'm not restricted to time scales once I've set them. I love the app though!

my trees keep on dying even though im just clearing my notifications without even opening my phone
Is a pretty good app, but it doesn't really actively check whether we use our apps or not, it normally tells me my plant has died when I turn down the volume on my music, and when I get notifications.
I thought it was supposed to allow you to exit the app if you go to whitelist apps? I go to home and it withers. I will give more stars if I can actually get it to work. Help!
I wish there was a way to set a time longer. Saving up with the bush to get 3 coins is going to take ages to find get to a real tree. Only have 10 minutes isn't very helpful, though it is getting me used to being away from my phone in a slow process similar to a detox.
Bug Submission : Same session (time & duration) added twice to the record with two times addition in the coins too. The session complete pop up showed up twice for the same session.
It's a great app, i just find it kind of annoying that it resets your forest every single day...also it would be nice if the prices of the trees and bushes were different rather than 500
The idea is nice, but whenever I turn on my phone, without doing anything to leave the app, the app automatically minimizes and my tree withers. Please fix!
It used to be good but with the new update it's very buggy, I've lost many trees when the app crashes after a study session.
The app is amazing and all but I was going to transfer my data (which I have already paid for the full version) on to my new iphone but I am unable to because I would have to pay again to get the app on the Apple store ð° please do something about this... Please and thank you
Absolutely 100% the best, most practical, app I have ever downloaded. Plus, it takes up barley any storage space!
