Well until I understand how to use it for free (no instructions) it doesn't make sense to pay for the coach online. I'm a trainer myself so I really don't see me doing that anyway. This app however is motivating me to push to overcome my disability and get back to the guy I use to be before my accident when I was training. I'd just like to know how to post pictures on here of my workouts and where I do them at. (I workout outdoors) Now don't get me wrong, I love the app. I just need more understanding on how to use it so that I can possibly encourage/help others. Ok I'm getting more in tune with the app.
I started using PACER app for last 15 days and really happy with the options providing. For android users of PACER team can provide any wearable device to syn data it will be good and I'm looking for that. Also if the app can bring up with reminders it will go and more people got engaged in it. Some issues which I found is sometime the count seems to be wrong like 5-6 steps in addition to the actual one. Overall I am happy with it and looking fwd for more features.
The app was great. Loved it for the exercise programs it offered along with the pedometer. However since a past few weeks the app would stop counting and won't even start counting many times. I'm guessing it's after the Oreo update which adds some nuances with regards to the background apps or something that changed in last app update. Have also dropped an email and provided this feedback but haven't heard back.
Nice app that does not enforced location tracking. Would love to see a flat fee to remove ads instead of subscription. In additional to that I would also like to see offline map feature. Last but least, GPS tracking can be improved for cyclist, as it failed to track most of my over 25km rides correctly.
It isn't 100% accurate, I can sit and shake my phone and it gives me steps but I also bought a pedometer and had my phone on me during a workout and they were both different. It's a good app but it isn't always accurate. I do like how it tells the active time, calories and let's you know your goals.
I once loved Pacer, + gave it a great review, one I meant. But since October 20th, 2017, it barely counts my steps. So I would not recommend this, but, one thing I do love full heartedly, are the personal goals that I set for myself. Without it counting my steps anymore, all the fun from this app has been ripped away. Today, I walked 10.5 km, and it gave me only 776 steps. As I have done this same walk before, I know it gives me more than 14,077+ steps.
Performance improvements and some bug fixes
