Support permissions per field level.
Define workflow processes.
Handle automatic eMail and Internal-Messaging for work assignments.
Allow users to define or view predefined ad-hoc queries and reports.
Tabular and graphical reports (Eg. Paretto, Pie, Run Chart, gantt).
Send & Receive feedback forms (via web) from external customers, who are not Qsoft users.
History files and logs for each event.
