Consumer Cellular needs to spend money on the app, not ads or stores 99.9999% of customers will never set foot in. Often, the top and/or bottom of the screen are cut off, and the app won't let me scroll to see the whole screen. Also, the app has an option to go to the website to find things not on the app. Isn't the idea of an app not to have to use the website? Put everything on the app that you can do on the website. Otherwise, it works as it should, though navigation isn't always intuitive.

Lately, it seems this app is extremely complicated to use. Increasing frustrations over the past year. you can no longer shop for phones on this app. If you try, it may bring up one phone but will not let you see any more.... it doesn't matter how many filters you do or don't use trying to find a phone on this app, is like pulling teeth. the only thing that is good about is that it will take pmts on your account. I can never get the info I need without making phone calls.

I was told my bill would be $60.00 a month. It is $79.00. Wasn't told that once I use a certain amount of data, my phone would slow down. When I contacted customer service I was told that Verizon and TMOBILE did the same. I had both and they don't slow down the phone. I have unlimited talk, text and data. I was able to do a software download in my home without a wifi with Verizon and TMOBILE. Can't do that with Consumer Cellular. They never told me that. I wanted to save money. Not happy.
