call.center™ is an innovative SIP based softphone, designed for those who want to own full control of their business communications experience.

IMPORTANT NOTE: call.center™ is a standalone softphone and not a VoIP service. A SIP server or subscription with a SIP-based VoIP provider is required to make or receive calls.

very user unfriendly: 1. I can't edit the number I used before, have to dial it from the beggining each time. 2. Can't edit number if I made a mistake in the beginning of the number, have to delete all number and start over. 3.Very unintuitive layout completely different from normal calling app. Especially call history is very weird. The bubble view is very uninformative and time consuming. A list with more detail would be way more helpful.

Very difficult to set up and synchronize with Sendmycall. Yes, support just sent me the link to read myself. Bunch of unclear pictures and logic. So, I haven't been able to use it it yet. I'll change my opinion when I get it to work. Also, a phone app and a phone system and the support doesn't want to talk to you? only by txt or email,? Come on! that is ironic. Humans want to forget about verbal communication?

Very buggy. cannot edit contacts. cannot choose a number other than the favorite to dial, unless you copy and paste . no Ring tone options. no volume control.
