Absolute Trash.....90% of the time it doesn't work. Specially the billdesk payment option.
It was working fine. But after latest update this week, its login, but while click on view or pay bill, its not proceed from the screen. Now its become useless to me. Please suggest. Not solved the issue, nothing is OK. Can I send screen snap or recording to sort out the issue?
This app needs to upgrade. Payment option is not smooth. Taking too much time. No direct payment option. I again request you, please upgrade this app(05.12.17). Otherwise this will be an useless app. Still today this app is not opened instantly. Payment option is also very poor. After payment of bill it not shows any receipt update. Update this app. Another problem, nothing shows in my profile. Every thing is blank. Why you are not upgrade this app???!!!! Most useless app.
After the latest update it has stopped working. If I use the login with mobile no. and password option, it is reporting "wrong password". If I try fresh registration it says "user already registered",. If I try forgot password, it says "undefined". If I try forgot user it says "error in database etc."
The app is terrible. Can't CESC hire better developer to build a better app. One of the most costly electricity provider.... hire a better app developer. Totally disappointed.
Used to work fine but can't do anything after latest update. Not being able to view or pay bills after logging in.
If someone forget password then he/she can't able to recover the password by using forget password options.
Push Notification has been implemented.
