So the app promises a lot but deliver so little, the option for setting pick up time or determining arrival time is useless as the app will keep changing it without regard to the user, when making a request the waiting time in most of the cases is inaccurate as the drivers won't move to pick up location upon request, sometimes the driver will stand still for more than 10 min and won't even answer when u try calling..... The 2 stars is for ease of the app and Secondly it is cheap and clean

this is a very terrible and not good service. city link personnel whose managing it is really very bad not accurate, delaying,not good customer service. I booked earlier having one hour gap to my work schedule and it says 11 minutes waiting then keep changing to 8 mins then 10 mins so in all I have been wasting and waiting time for delaying 30 mins before they will pick up. and when Ur inside the van there's other people they will pick up it's fine but theyre taking long time.

This app is terrible and completely bad I ordered at9pm and after a full hour they canceled my order I ordered again at10pmand the delivery time was11:3What's going on? Is there only one car available? When I open the app I get a notification that the driver is 1minute awaybut when I call the driver there's no answerAfter20 minutesthey call back with terrible sound quality and ask me to cancel the order without any explanation I was in an area where it's difficult to find a taxi,need to connect
