Update: It works once you make sure your android includes French in your phone settings (not keyboard). I can confirm that the app remains in German, despite changing the language in the app, on the MyConcordia website, restarting the app, uninstalling the app and choosing "fr" at the welcome screen and everything else I can think of. This makes the entire app totally useless.

Dear User, please add the desired language in your device settings. Then restart the device and select the desired language in your app as well. That's how it should work. Best regards, Support customer portal

Everything is in German! You can’t change the language until you’re logged in. And to make matters worse, logging in has become a nightmare — the app keeps showing error messages… in German. I’m using ChatGPT to get past the language barrier, but something else still isn’t working. So frustrating!

there is an issue with the way scans get processed. If I submit a PDF version of a document, it happens all the time that it is rejected because unreadable. The PDF is perfectly OK. I suspect they apply some sort of image processing when submitting receipt, and that messes up the submitted document.

Dear Mr. Aubort, thanks for your feedback. May we ask ou, what kind of PDF it is? Did you generate it your own or is it the PDF you got from your service provider (i.e. your doctor)? In some cases self-generated PDFs have a bad processing quality and that is why they are rejected. Best regards, Support Customer Portal
