myCONCORDIA is the customer portal of CONCORDIA health and pension insurance. The myCONCORDIA app supports you in handling your insurance documents. Submit your bill digitally, show your virtual insurance card on your smartphone, keep track of your insurance coverage, benefit statements and payments, or simply contact us - anytime, anywhere.

Update: It works once you make sure your android includes French in your phone settings (not keyboard). I can confirm that the app remains in German, despite changing the language in the app, on the MyConcordia website, restarting the app, uninstalling the app and choosing "fr" at the welcome screen and everything else I can think of. This makes the entire app totally useless.

there is an issue with the way scans get processed. If I submit a PDF version of a document, it happens all the time that it is rejected because unreadable. The PDF is perfectly OK. I suspect they apply some sort of image processing when submitting receipt, and that messes up the submitted document.

Terrible. The app is not translated to English and there is no way to find anything in there. I tried to log in via website, but now I can't because it asks me to enter the code from the app. But the code is not displayed anywhere and I have no idea where to find it. What a mess!!!
