Ratings and reviews

Crashes and hangs up constantly. Worked great for years, and in the past few months is nothing but trouble. UPDATE June 13, 2023: The app no longer works. It starts, but does not react to anything I select. The last time I tried to use it if failed me, and I had to panic buy a paper ticket. Today, it simply freezes.

Not showing all connections From.Zurich airport to Hinwil shows last connection departures at 22:08, but actually, there are more connections later, and for the same connection, the app does not show via Valiselen which is cheaper, the machine at the stations is showing this cheaper connection.

No easy idea check out reminders, other than via SMS hours after they are useful. Having read other similar complaints, from quite some time ago, it seems that fixing the easy ride feature is not a priority. (I also frequently have technical issues checking in). When I used it use the sbb app in the past, I would receive audio and visual reminders shortly after the end of my journey. This app is a step backwards
