The customer service is a joke. No possibility to contact them by email. I couldn't log into my account because of some technical problems, chat couldn't solve it. I had to pay my bills by card (couldn't pay them by transfer). I couldn't log in. Now I need to pay reminders fees, block account fees and they are even threatening my by collection agency. What an arrogance.

All the options in the menu take forever to load (I thought just the website is horrible but the app is even worse), even after you wait for them to load some error pops up, sometimes the menu is displayed out of grid... Plus I wanted to edit the favourite numbers for the first time and it says that they cannot be edited because they have already been saved! (By whom??)
