Sunrise puts its customers' needs first. That's why we decided to adopt a new approach and ask you, our customer, to be involved in the new developments for our My Sunrise app. There are new and innovative features, functionality, and designs available to you now.
We would be delighted to get an evaluation and feedback from you at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your first and last names, your phone number, screenshot and the type of your device (such as Samsung Galaxy S10).
Based on previous customer feedback, we have already included the following changes in the beta version of the "My Sunrise Preview app":
- App search: When you enter a search term, you are taken directly to the requested information/functionality in the app, saving yourself a few extra mouse clicks.
- Dashboard: You can now easily locate all relevant information regarding your included services and usage on the start page.
- You can directly access the Roaming Cockpit to ensure that you are well-informed, even abroad
- Favorites (rapid access): Use a predefined list to set and sort them. This will get you to the requested information or functionality more quickly.
- Real time: Changes in the settings regarding your bill are displayed immediately.
Note: The app is available to Sunrise private customers and small companies from Business Sunrise. Using the application abroad will result in additional costs due to roaming. Your roaming options can also be managed at any time free of charge at cockpit.sunrise.ch.
