**How the Benevita app works**
The Benevita app contains valuable information in the form of challenges on topics related to exercise, nutrition and wellbeing. You can take on challenges by reading an article and then answering a quiz, watching a video or doing some exercise. You decide when you want to do a challenge. Whenever you successfully complete a challenge, you earn points which can be redeemed for discounts on your premiums or for digital vouchers.

Tell us which topics you're interested in and we'll curate a challenge feed especially for you. You can use exclusion criteria to refine your feed and exclude the topics you don't want to see.

I must say, this is a great app. Especially helpful are the nutrition tips. I learned a lot. I also appreciate the exercise tips, however I already practice conditioning training, so it was mostly known to me. You can even save articles you like for later review. You have three levels to complete and that is to basically go through the articles and videos, which is not so hard to do. You can claim a reward per level, after you complete it. I think more insurance companies should do this! 🇨🇭

I accumulated quite some bonus points and wanted to buy the Spotify voucher, but the button just doesn't work. Tried with some other benefits - nope, the buttons don't do a thing! Then what's the point of collecting them if you can not spend? Quite disappointed and don't want to use the app anymore =( Additionally, I can't connect MiFit fitness tracker app (Zepp Life it's called now). You should add it, Xiaomi fitness bands and watches are very popular!

Really confusing to use. They say it supports garmin but you have to pay for an other app to get it to work. And why challenges? Why just not connect directly to strava and get your exercise from there. Right now I have to start a challge, go into garmin to update, go to go to health sync (witch I soon have to pay for), then go to Google fit, then back to challenge, then press complite challenge. It's just not worth the hassle
