I've bought the pro version. The app is amazing for organising scenes of which I have over 100, especially compared to the official app. However it crashes every single time when accessing the lights or playing a scene for the first time. It keeps working as long as it's in memory. If it has to reload from multitasking it crashes again. I think it's a bug related to connectivity with the hub. To make matters worse the app stopped working for me altogether recently: 'your bridge could not be found in your network' and all my scenes are therefore lost to me. I can I ly submit a crash report if it actually loads. Please fix both and I will change my rating to 5 stars, promise.
I wish you'd not lock the app orientation. It's awful to use on my tablet with keyboard :(
Needs Work. Bulb settings are detailed and powerful. But the app crashes frequently, and the alarms are unreliable.
When you save an alarm the app closes. Also, it needs a white colour temperature picker for different colour temps only like in the official hue app
Stops App stops when Light button selected but working with developer to fix
Everything is controlled from and stored on the phone, not the bridge. The concept of making some scenes available based on the time of day is kind of interesting. But the interface is hard to read and tricky to use and doesn't take advantage of the v2 Bridge functionality (so probably worth a download if you have the round v1 Hue Bridge).
Scenes now support long press to turn off.
