Unomed is the secure chat platform for the Swiss healthcare system. Doctors, practice teams, hospitals, and home care services communicate within a team, with colleagues, and with patients in compliance with the Data Protection Act – simply, mobile, and securely.

• AI Assistant: A secure alternative to ChatGPT and similar services – specifically for the healthcare sector. Can be used with patient data, answers insurance questions, translates reports, and provides support in everyday life.

• Interfaces: Optional integration of Unomed directly into your practice management software (PIS) to simplify chatting and ensure patient documents are delivered to the right place.

• Security features: PIN or biometrics (fingerprint), end-to-end encryption of all data, and user verification.
