Pretty good for quick formulas Just be aware that the dipole calculator gives the FULL Wavelength. Just take the result and divide by 2. If the application writer could Change that so the results are for a half-wave dipole that we use in the real world and it would be better. Also add a database of common feedlines. Including velocity factor. Also the loss per hundred feet from the published tables. Otherwise thank you.
Better than expected! I never waste my time reading things, but wow! I think this is one of the best apps I've ever gotten, and it is easier to use and has more features than I expected. I'm only in amateur, and even I can see how to use this! That's important to me. Some of these ham tools are so complicated, I don't even know what I'm looking at. This one is useful for the amateur to the extra.
Error in antenna calculator Double size on all frequencies. Running Asus N7 lte for a 27.385 antenna give me a 13.692.5 mHz dipole( 10.40 m~) total for 2 arms .Barely good as beefeater
Great at first...then crashing Great app-lots of useful features, or so I thought at first. And then after the 3rd or 4th log entry, every time I would try to enter a call sign it would crash my Galaxy S3. Sad, it has such potential.
Search for null Turning gps on in-app fails, shows all zeros. related: Searching for 'null' in google maps gives the nearest Null, as in someone named Null! And that aint right! Alos, put an exit in the app, please.
Good It is good to record your logs digitaly. Shame I could only find a usa version of this app. I hope there are more regional versions of this app.
-updated band plans
-small update to importing contact logs
