We are the first mobile application exclusively dedicated to REUSE freight already sold by SME carriers, connecting them with load generating clients nationwide.
We give you the information of a carrier that already has a scheduled trip, and whose truck is available from your point of origin to your point of delivery, for freight throughout Chile, and at the most convenient price.
Manage the transport you need for your cargo, and you have the option of tracking it in real time throughout the journey.
We contact you with SME carriers and owners of their own truck, who have registered in the application, and were certified by us, passing a selection and validation process of their documentation and that of their vehicle.
How does it work?
1.- Enter the application store from your cell phone and download the FLETERETORNO App for customers, and complete the registration.
2.- Enter the data of origin, destination and characteristics of your cargo.
3.- You will receive up to 3 price offers from carriers that coincide with the day of your dispatch or similar, at the value of a return freight.
4.- Choose the carrier you prefer for your freight according to the value and quality offered.
5.- You pay the Freight Return commission on the same platform through the Webpay system (20% of the value of the carrier or according to your type of contract).
6.- You will receive all the data of the carrier chosen for that occasion and they directly coordinate the freight and payment to the carrier.
7.- In case of problems with the transport (change of date of the carrier, force majeure, etc.), you have up to 24 hours before dispatch to reject it and we will send you the second carrier data without charging a new commission.
8.- Once the freight has started, you can activate the georeference to track your cargo.
9.- Once the cargo has been delivered, you can rate the carrier and the carrier rates you.
10.- In case of being a client WITH A CONTRACT, the total payment of the freight is 30 days.
