Ratings and reviews

Great concept, but some issues. No choice of language. Says they will charge you when you book, but no input for payment options. Will not let you add extra person from app.. Did not put reservation in reserved list(so don't know if I booked successfully). No contact info for hotel to confirm with them if reservation went through. I will use again, but having these addressed will make a much smoother experience. Loved the format and ease of picking rooms, but I wasn't able to confirm booking.

Llevo muchos años usando la app y nunca había tenido ningún inconveniente, sin embargo hoy hice una reserva y al llegar al motel me indican que la habitación que reservé no está disponible, que motelnow les está enviando la gente sin verificar la disponibilidad de las habitaciones. Por ello está app ahora me resulta inútil, si el fin de la app es poder reservar pero no confirman las reservas con los establecimientos la app pierde todo el sentido.

la aplicación no verifica los lugares, fui a un motel e hice la reserva la cual pague por adelantado. al momento de llegar al lugar estaba cerrado y no había nadie, me fue imposible comunicarme con alguna persona que pudiera ayudarme. además de eso el reembolso de mi dinero casi no me lo dan. Eviten esta app
