The information that appears is generated in real-time from your hospital based system using details entered by your midwife or other health professionals involved in your care.

Initially the app said it was having "syncing errors" and only showed one of my two booked appointments. I wasn't able to submit my questionnaire despite having it entirely filled out. Now, I haven't been able to access it at all. Enter my pin, and nothing happens. Haven't been able to access it for close to 3 weeks. Kinda seems pointless right now.

I rarely review apps but this is truly awful. constantly freezes and stops working. If you are using it to double check your appointments you have no chance of doing it quickly it sends you in a constant loop of logging into the NHS then crashes when you try to get into the app. When apps like this are so awful I don't understand what's wrong with paper. The booking in questionnaire is also unusable on pixel. I completed mine on browser and then found the whole thing has been deleted.

I've used this before and it was fine but it doesn't work with Google pixel 10 phones. You can make selections in the pre-screening but the button to go back to the form is hidden under the device toolbar and using a gesture to go "back" clears the selection. I suspect it's not been tested on this device!
