Badly implemented and stressful. This app maybe good in vanilla form but healthcare trusts can choose not to enable notifications. In our case they are disabled. This means you have to constantly checked the app to find out if you have an appointment. Often when there are appointments there is too little or not information on where/what/when which is a very basic must. All feedback on the app is filtered towards non-digital savvy midwives who do not have time to make changes. Avoid!

Poorly designed app and it's purpose isn't very clear. Some test results get added, some don't. Some appointments get added, some don't. Reading materials don't open. The layout of the app makes no sense. This app should bring piece of mind during a stressful period of time, instead it makes it more stressful than needed. On top of all that, the name of the app is so wrong that my husband thought I was joking when I shared it with him 🤣

It's ridiculous how user unfriendly this app is, especially considering you have to use it to access your maternity notes. Every step using the app is excruciating in how unintuitive it is. The login is slow & doesn't automatically log in once you put in the pin. Why not allow fingerprint login? The conversation functionality, recommended reading, and leaflets don't work. I don't get any notifications and get contact error messages. The developer should be embarrassed.
