Very useful app. The info about money saved and health benefits does help to deter having "just one more". I smoked for 16 years and just had my first smoke-free Monday. Never thought it would happen!
Milestones Help The time it takes to hit the mileatones is what prevents a smoke. To erase all those isn't worth it. Strangly you'd think various cancers would prevent a smoke but nope, milestones you can see tend to help. So far. Trying to beat my 45 day record. This app will do that.

At the beginning of my smoking cessation journey, the health section was the biggest help! To watch the app calculate how your body changes and heals as time passes was very uplifting! Now, seeing the amount of cigarettes NOT SMOKED, and the MONEY SAVED are helpful as I am reaching 90 days cigarette free!!!
