Milestones Help The time it takes to hit the mileatones is what prevents a smoke. To erase all those isn't worth it. Strangly you'd think various cancers would prevent a smoke but nope, milestones you can see tend to help. So far. Trying to beat my 45 day record. This app will do that.
At the beginning of my smoking cessation journey, the health section was the biggest help! To watch the app calculate how your body changes and heals as time passes was very uplifting! Now, seeing the amount of cigarettes NOT SMOKED, and the MONEY SAVED are helpful as I am reaching 90 days cigarette free!!!
Brilliant idea This is a great app, for some reason seeing the benefits of quitting really helps, and when I feel like just having a cigarette I look at this app and see all the green hearts and think, is that one really worth it. This is a great idea for the mental side of quitting. Thanks a lot for this!
I've tried them all ...but this one seems to be working the best. I literally have tried 5 or 6 apps before this one. Been 2 weeks smoke free now. I love this app cause it's very straight forward. No fuss, easy to use and actually much more motivational than others because of its simplicity. Kudos to the creator of it and thank you for helping all of us quitters! Well done!
Working so far Somehow it really helps me not smoke. Every time I am about to give in I look at my progress and that's all it takes.
