Very poor service. When entering my PIN code while filling in ID and address details, the app displayed a city 30 km away instead of my actual area. Now, there is no option left to change the city. Whenever a reward is issued, it always gets assigned to a store in that other city. I am not receiving any rewards. Also, I don't understand how the delivery was completed without an OTP. I tried to speak to a real person, but I always end up interacting with a bot. give option to change the address.

App is good but regarding delivery services need to improve a lot..... Specially either they change their delivery partners or else take strict actions regarding returned/undelivered products... Delivery boys cancels the delivery on their side, without intimation.... when we checked the app, then we came to know that our delivery has been returned..... this issues comes lots of time with me.

When ordering the product, delivery is significantly delayed, and there is no proper customer care support. Calling the customer care number connects you only to an AI system; there is no way to speak directly to a representative or get the necessary information. The service is poor, and the product takes a very long time to arrive.
