Very poor service. When entering my PIN code while filling in ID and address details, the app displayed a city 30 km away instead of my actual area. Now, there is no option left to change the city. Whenever a reward is issued, it always gets assigned to a store in that other city. I am not receiving any rewards. Also, I don't understand how the delivery was completed without an OTP. I tried to speak to a real person, but I always end up interacting with a bot. give option to change the address.

Worst delivery automated response. No use you can't get the answer to what you want.ordered on 28 th June still waiting for my delivery. I didn't receive my product and got a refund after 12 days thanks for the refund.This application is not ready for every location. Maybe you can think about it.

When ordering the product, delivery is significantly delayed, and there is no proper customer care support. Calling the customer care number connects you only to an AI system; there is no way to speak directly to a representative or get the necessary information. The service is poor, and the product takes a very long time to arrive.
