Rise gives you access to shared personal vehicles (electric scooters, electric vehicles, bike sharing) that can be picked up and dropped off anywhere in allowed zone. Use Rise sharing app for your work, across town, hotels, college campuses and universities, with friends! Good app, stable and reliable. I liked the scooter speed which was 25km/h. Took me some time to get used to the braking system which involves a reverse thrust kind of thing and a typical scooter brake where you have to press on the back wheel with your foot. Like it and will prefer it to other companies in the city until they slow them down like they did with all others 😁

The service is too expensive, and it was not apartment how much it costs (€.20/minute + 1€ activation). Also they have this misleading "pause your ride mode", which keeps charging you for sitting idle. We stopped to buy a coffee and got charged €1.2, while waiting on a queue and it being paused. They should give a little grace period of pause to stop and see things, this is not a taxi service

It said I had two minutes of trial but when I tried the scooter I realized that the gas didn't work, so I pressed the "there's a problem" button and announced the problem above. In the end of the day it still charged me 1,60€ for the ride. Best ride ever.
