About this app

Polako Scanner is the official ticket check-in app for Polako Hedonist event controllers, managers, coordinators, and administrators.

Open an event, point the camera at a guest's QR ticket, verify the ticket details on the preview card, and tap Validate to admit the guest. The full ticket list for the event is preloaded into the device when you open the scanner, so QR lookups are instant and don't depend on a live network round-trip per scan.

Access requires a Polako Hedonist account with the Controller, Manager, Coordinator, or Administrator role. Door-staff are added by their event organizer through the Controllers cabinet on polakohedonist.club. Buyers and viewers of the public site do not have access to this app — they use the buyer cabinet at polakohedonist.club instead.

Privacy: the app stores your login session locally in encrypted device storage and talks to polakohedonist.club over HTTPS only. We do not share your data with third parties. Full policy at https://polakohedonist.club/en/privacy.
