the new UI is uncomfortable, laggy, buggy, etc. – borderline unusable. there was nothing wrong with it before, everything worked. Saw responses saying the UI was updated in order to have it on a modern platform – unless the previous one had already/was about to hit EOL, I don't see a reason when it makes the experience worse. Don't fix what isn't broken.

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry to hear the app hasn’t met your expectations. While the old ResQ app may have seemed smooth on the surface, it was unfortunately no longer working well in many areas. Our team is actively improving the new app, so we’d love to hear your ideas at info@resq-club.com to help us make it better. Thanks for your help!

Maybe best to merge with Too Good To Go? The concept is great, unfortunately it seems that the restaurants don't really use this system to give you surplus food. But simply to sell you food. The portions are small, the price may be less than normal, but you don't really rescue much. TO IMPROVE : The payment information should be taken from Google pay, so I don't need to write the credit card number. There should be a picture of the food. They should have supermarkets and fruit markets too.

Thanks a lot for your useful feedback! We’ll take it into account as we plan next improvements to our app and service. 🙏 Regarding the restaurant offerings, I recommend keeping an eye on the places marked with the 'Best of ResQ' symbol, as these have received excellent ratings from customers. 👍

New app is terrible and borderline unusable. The map is very slow to pan around, and you need to tap every point on the map to see what kind of restaurant is that (the old app had a list of restaurants in the current view that gave you a pretty good idea). Discoverability of the interface for the new users shouldn't be at the expense of usability for experienced users, I want as much info on the screen as physically fits there.
