Needs a simple feature to work better. I have a pair of cheap bone conduction headphones that handle multiple devices way better than this more expensive brand. I can have both my phone and computer connected on the cheap pair and it simultaneously let's me go back and forth and automatically goes with the new dominant sound. Whereas Shokz lags so much just to detect and switch. Often times I find myself having to disconnect Bluetooth on 1 device just to get the other to get primary sound.

Zero consideration if you wear one earpiece at a time. I'm sure many people use your OpenFit 2+ one at a time (while at work for example) but can't change EQ profiles from music profile (I use Bass Boost) to the vocal profile (for podcasts) without putting on the second earpiece. Also, you can't accomplish both volume up and down on just one earpiece. I need three things: play/pause, volume up/down, and assistant. I've got nothing on Double or Triple click and can't use them for volume. 🙁

The app is very slow to load even on a newer phone. They only allow two custom EQ presets. It really drives me crazy that press and hold is locked to the noise reduction mode only. I use that combination to adjust the volume on every other device I own. Even other Shokz let you control volume with that combination. Noise reduction barely even works when I try using it. I know I'm not the only person that has been asking them to change this, but their customer service doesn't even respond.
