I bought this because the Amazon reviews were great and said you could view your footage on the app. First I had issues getting the account registered. Once I accomplished that, the camera wouldn't connect. It keeps turning off the Wi-Fi once I get it on. When I try to connect to the app it says no connection. I've written the developers with no response. The customer service on this product sucks big time. I feel like I wasted my money. I can't review any footage.

Absolutely terrible—don’t waste your money. The app is a complete mess. I couldn’t even access the videos because it kept saying “no connection.” At one point, I had to sit in my car just to get it to work. Then I was told to uninstall and reinstall it—big mistake. Now I can’t even log in, not with my old account or a new one. Just endless errors like the CHAPA one (whatever that is). Beyond frustrating. Total waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, not even for free.

This app sucks. Every time you have to use any feature you must stop recording and when you come back to home screen it automatically starts recording and the voice of the camera is so annoying. Secondly, it only records 3 mins video clips at the best and the default is 1 min. So if you drive like 5 hours, you have hundreds of videos. The app doesn't connect automatically to your phone. You have to add the device every single time 🙄🙄🙄
