Great app, I have and love ❤️ both earphones too! Is there a way to increase my volume to the other person? So they can hear me better. This is for the Earfree-i, I'm speaking normally and the Ceramics phones pick up my voice perfectly and even better than anything else out there. Also the app currently is not connecting to my Earfree-i's it is saying "connection failure, please check headphone comm..." and the rest of the message is cut off. Any things to suggest?

Good sleek experience, easy to use and understand interface. However sometimes it cannot connect in the app altho the earbuds already connected to phone for my ceramic ultra, maybe include a report feature inside might be nice. Also a custom eq is well appreciated.

Needs more improvements and features. Please add an option to customize the equalizer settings. The preset equalizers are not enough since it is limited especially if I want to tune it in a different style so I had to use an external equalizer. Having a customizable equalizer would give customers more ways to tune and customize the product, plus other brands do it in their app so why not?
