Ratings and reviews

Application refuses to connect to the printer every single time I try to use it. Usually, I have to delete the printer and completely reconnect. I've reinstalled the app twice, it still sucks. Also, it crashes if you try to switch paper sizes, disconnecting the printer, and creating further connection issues. The printer is useless without this app, and it's total garbage. App lacks features to improve print quality, so it's really a guessing game as to how well this thing is going to work

I used to love this printer when it had the print density options but since its disappeared, all my prints come out super light or faded! Pls do an update and bring that feature back. Also the paper selection option. There used to be an option where you can choose from different papers. Now, theres only Basic Paper as the option. Please bring back all these features! It was so very helpful until you removed it. Why?!

Since the update last March 17, 2023 I encountered lots of bugs including missing downloaded fonts, all print history deleted, and some to-do list templates are missing. Please fix.
