Install and connection were really easy and fast. Solar panel does a good job keeping it charged. It went dead once after several days of overcast skies, but as soon as we had a few hours of sun it charged and reconnected on its own. Had a few issues with it diaconnecting from the wifi initially but that hasn't happened at all for several months now. Unit disconnected from eveything and will not reconnect. Now it is an expensive bird feeder.

Subject to change since I've only had this set up a couple of days. It would be nice if the app could be logged in on 2 or more devices at once. Currently logs one out when another is logged in. Would also be nice to be able to download videos without having to pull the SD card. For now I use a screen recorder app with audio recording. It's difficult, but it works.

this camera worked great for about 7 years. we upgraded our Wi-Fi and went to reinstall, and it absolutely will not reinstall. we have tried two different phones. we have gone through troubleshooting things. the website is useless. although I did finally find an email address but God only knows where that goes. this has been my best and favorite security camera. with everything that we've done I got to believe it's a huge Wi-Fi glitch and hopefully somebody will fix things or reach out to us
