I received the smart birdhouse for my birthday last year. Overall, I'm happy with the app. It is easy to download, but is very simple functions. It isn't always right with the identification of birds. I wish there was a function that allows you to notify the app people that they have the incorrect identification. Also, it takes forever to hear back from customer service, and their solution is always reboot the camera. Otherwise, i do get some cool pictures.

Works but not great. The motion detection needs work. You can set the sensitivity but even so, when it records, when I go to review the footage on a previous date, randomly the date will jump back to the year 1900 or something. And then other times it will jump back one day. It isnt consistent. The motion detection won't even turn on sometimes when I've been moving around in front of it all day. The motion settings turn off randomly and then I have to turn it back on. Only good for live view.

at 1st, I thought this app. was lacking, but found out I was on the fringes of my internet signal -- I am now very pleased with the reliability and speed this provides -- there is a delay, trying to automatically catch something moving past the cameras, so unless something is walking toward the camera or stays within the capture area, it gets missed -- it took awhile to locate all of the screen selections, but now I have no issues
