This was once the best Word & Excel app I had ever seen. But in about May or June of 2026 they made a major change in the program & really messed it up. In the word processor I often use it to edit text files that are up to a few hundred pages long. Now the cursor where I am editing often randomly jumps back to the beginning of the file for no reason, over & over. Also, it now will only keep the caps lock on for one word, then it turns the caps off again. Latest improvement? Come on!

Free version no longer exists. IDK why or when this changed, but the app is unusable unless you pay for premium, and it is expensive. It used to be that premium was extra premium features on top of the basic free version. Now the free version is a file viewer only. You can't do anything with it, other than view files. On top of that, you're fighting pop ups the whole time just to view the files. Really sad. I've been using WPS for 16. Now it's garbage. Uninstalling.

Not sure why this app got worse after every update. I use to love this app and preferred it to my Microsoft apps, but everytime they have updated it, it has gotten worse and worse. My 2 different cloud drives no longer link or automatically upload, and with this last update it will say it's on my cloud drive but it's not. Instead they upload to a wps cloud that's only accessible if I pay. So I have to download my files and manually upload to my specific cloud drives. Not worth it.
