FitPro APP is a smart software that's compatible with smart bracelet devices. This APP can connect to smart bracelet and smart watch via Bluetooth. It's... OKAY. Set up was difficult as it took several reboots of both the watch, my phone, and Bluetooth for it to *finally* connect. One thing I do wish for though is that it offered a deeper way to customize the watch face. Like, I can have *this* face but I would like *that* font instead. I would also like the watch to accept changes in settings. I have had so much trouble with it keeping a 12-hour timeframe that I am starting to wonder if a 1k smart watch was the better buy.

I just got this as a gift. It connected for about 5 minutes. When I opened the app to set it all up, I cannot do anything. Evert time I try, it says the device is disconnected. Prompts me to reconnect. I go into my Bluetooth settings, & it's connected and paired. I've rebooted my phone. Un-installed & reinstalled the app, and I've made sure all permissions are on. I can't do a factory reset as it has to be done via the app, & again, it won't let me go any further. So disappointed 😞

My son received this as a gift and we are both in tears because it DOES NOT WORK. I read all the comments here and tried all troubleshooting (delete/reinstall app, scan code vs. manual scan, etc.) suggested and it will not connect, no matter what method is used. You can't even set the clock to be functional without it being connected, and since it won't connect, it's basically a piece of disappointing electronic waste.
