lousy app. tap on brand selection then it came out either not according to the brands or no product found. can't login to own account. Tried to reset password few time but email reset link never arrive. update: it's been a month now and I still can't get my account reset. Tried to reset via app and website several time but never receive any email reset in spam box or inbox. Emailed to customer service and they reply saying they sent a reset link via email to me but I still never receive.

The app is broken.. I can’t log in, and when I try to reset the password, no email comes in even though I registered a long time ago.. to make things worse, reporting to customer service shows error 404. Extremely frustrating!

Used this app for thr first time to make a purchase and my parcel went missing. Now I have to contact the delivery by myself to check.
