Sorry, but i've tried for 2 days to create an account and buy a subscription. I simply can't pass Setting the password step. It throws the backend error. So the password is not set. "Forgot your password" sends the link to email. The mail says that the link is valid for 24h. On the first try it is expired. And submisson of the Password/Repeat password throws the same error. The initiation of the "Forgot" flow again leads to the same problems. I'm in a loop. Tried several emails. It's sad..

This is an app for people who have intermediate level japanese on their way to advanced level. At first, I thought the whole magazine would come with audio. After paying for one magazine, I've found out that the magazine is mostly without audio. It was about 10 pages out of 55 pages that came with audio. The app itself comes with plenty of articles with audio for free and the reason someone would pay for this is to get the newest magazine and its archives which does not have a search function.

I have reviewed this software three times and my review keep disappearing. This software is not working properly. My library purchases have been removed for some reason and there is no restore option. The customer service page is blank and there is no contact info for the company. I'm out money I don't know how to get back. I'm reporting the app to Google.
