I'm extremely disappointed with the service. I funded my account with ₦155,000 to book a flight, but every time I try to make the booking, I get an "insufficient balance" error — even though the full amount has already been credited to my account! This isn't just frustrating it's completely unacceptable, especially with urgent travel plans at stake. I reached out to Billpoint support on both WhatsApp and Instagram, and I've received no response whatsoever. It's like they don't care

anytime I credit my wallet, it takes longer time for it to reflect that means I can't continue with purchasing the data. I have to login again after waiting for a long time before the account is credit. It hasn't been easy to work with this app based on these areas, it therefore makes it a third or fourth choice not a first choice again

Terrible experience, collect about 1700 for data and they didn't even give me the data nor did they refund my money . What's even worst is the customer service telling me expired, my money expired.
