Very poor customer service. Nobody listens to complaints. Credited my account for days, it didn't reflect on the app for me to buy. I don't know where my money went, lost just like that. The other time, I got debited trying to buy data but didn't receive any data. I've lost more than 7k to billpioint just because I want to buy data. Refund me billpoint

Am giving 2 stars because I've been able to buy Data as long as the money arrives but the issue is that, you will deposit money and it will take forever to arrive at tour billpoint account. This keeps happening. It will be an emergency but billpoint can't deliver. I deposited since and its taking hours and hours yet no credit on the app. It came after 2hrs. Edit: You have banned my account for no reason and there is no means to reach support. Honestly, I don't think I can keep vouching for you.
