The app wouldn't save my reserved bike. I tried multiple times. Luckily, the bike wasn't far from my home, so it was there for me to unlock and use, and I had no problem getting my ride started (except that I had to take the quiz again before riding, but maybe the city requires that). Also, I'd like for app to have feature to filter to see only bikes or only scooters rather than having to zoom in to see what's available at a particular location. I have a preference to use the bikes.

Paris - France : Very bad first experience in Paris. We searched for 2 scooters and walked like 5km but there were no scooters in the places marked on the map. When we abandoned the idea of renting, we found 2 that were not on the map, one was fully discharged so we took the other to try it and after 5 minutes we found that it had broken handbars, so it was really instable. We paid 4€ for nothing. The idea is good but the app is not real time and the scooters are in poor shape. Also price is too much. 30h rent is the price of a new one.

Most of the bikes in my city do not work (no throttle, some straight up don't start but still charge you), 90% of them don't even have proper working brakes which makes riding quite dangerous. They charged me 42 euros without notifying me stating I parked in the wrong zone although I parked where I've been parking for months, which is still a parking zone even on their map. The passes are wasted on non working bikes since merely activating them will consume one pass activation everytimen
