Garbage app and app maintenance, the product itself was decent, but irritating to use the app. Features also removed after buying. Last, they retire apps and products that still work fine, but I'm sure aren't returning enough investments. I'm stuck with two working devices they decided to abandon. End stage, mostly useless product now. Stay away from the whole line.

I really want to like this device. It looks good and I like the data it gives me. Unfortunately, the app is complete garbage. It doesn't integrate with Google home like advertised, I can't share the devices data with another account, and now I am completely locked out of my account and waiting to hear back from customer service. The sign in with Google is broken and it doesn't send an email when I try to reset the password.

I want to like this product, but after over a year of usage I realized that this company does not do a good job. I first encountered lost wifi connection days after acquiring the device. The website blamed "your router" or "your connection". After switching router and cable modem, I still got lost wifi issue AND I did not see improvements on their website help as well as the app, I realized I bought a bad product. Notice that I used Ring and Nest products and they all worked well.
