Ratings and reviews

I haven't received notifications from the app in over a year. They are setup and used to work, but now it doesn't matter how bad the air gets, no notifications. They still send me emails offering to sell new devices, so they aren't completely shutdown. The servers went down a couple of months ago for the some hours. I contacted support and they were able to resolve the issue fairly promptly.

It's a good device and app, but #1 they took away ifttt integration which felt like a bait and switch because it's the reason I went with this device in the first place. They still have archived info on their site which makes it seem like it's still functioal - but it's not. #2 the app connectivity is diminishing. It's currently not connecting despite other devices operating normally. The disconnections have become more frequent. It feels like the company is about to go under honestly.

Garbage app and app maintenance, the product itself was decent, but irritating to use the app. Features also removed after buying. Last, they retire apps and products that still work fine, but I'm sure aren't returning enough investments. I'm stuck with two working devices they decided to abandon. End stage, mostly useless product now. Stay away from the whole line.
