Ratings and reviews

I haven't received notifications from the app in over a year. They are setup and used to work, but now it doesn't matter how bad the air gets, no notifications. They still send me emails offering to sell new devices, so they aren't completely shutdown. The servers went down a couple of months ago for the some hours. I contacted support and they were able to resolve the issue fairly promptly.

I really want to like this device. It looks good and I like the data it gives me. Unfortunately, the app is complete garbage. It doesn't integrate with Google home like advertised, I can't share the devices data with another account, and now I am completely locked out of my account and waiting to hear back from customer service. The sign in with Google is broken and it doesn't send an email when I try to reset the password.

I want to like this product, but after over a year of usage I realized that this company does not do a good job. I first encountered lost wifi connection days after acquiring the device. The website blamed "your router" or "your connection". After switching router and cable modem, I still got lost wifi issue AND I did not see improvements on their website help as well as the app, I realized I bought a bad product. Notice that I used Ring and Nest products and they all worked well.
