Garbage app and app maintenance, the product itself was decent, but irritating to use the app. Features also removed after buying. Last, they retire apps and products that still work fine, but I'm sure aren't returning enough investments. I'm stuck with two working devices they decided to abandon. End stage, mostly useless product now. Stay away from the whole line.

App is generally good and easy to use. It already prompted me to reduce CO2. However, I'm removing a star for the setup and then another for the insufficient lighting controls... I setup an Awair Glow and had to kill the app twice to proceed. Once after creating an account. App signed in only after restarting. Second time was after adding the Awair. It would not appear until after a restart... Second star removed is because the led dimming doesn't do anything on my Glow and there's no way to turn off the wifi interference lighting. I bought this for a bedroom, but can't keep it there because of the occasional blinking.

This app asks for wayyy too much personal information. I bought an air quality monitor, had a great unboxing experience, nice-looking device, then download the app and before I can even get going I have to sign up, confirm my email, grant access to my location for some reason, and then provide my name, age, and then even gender (though gender was optional)... After the obstacle course, I could finally add a device, but then it wanted to add it to my wifi, and scans keep crashing the app. Great.
