Been trying to log in to this app for months now. It would seem that I've forgotten the password as it had to be a longer password than what I'm used to and trying to change it has been an absolute nightmare. Either I'm not receiving the otp emails or not receiving the sms/calls and when the app checks if I'm not a robot then it keeps on saying something went wrong. I'm done, I want to log in to withdraw my money. Please assist. The app itself is nice. Logging in has just always been a hassle.

I've changed my view on this app. I always thought it was a good app until this past week. I couldn't withdraw any of my funds because my account has been locked for security reasons. I've been trying to comply with everything they have told me to do but nothing seems to work. The fact that they dont have a dedicated call centre with someone to technically assist customers makes it 10x worse. Their digital help system takes hours to respond and I've been very inconvenienced by this app.

Great basic app for crypto. Your new " Price Predictions " is a nice concept, but your app is trash at placing Prediction transactions! it keeps saying " somthing went wrong, we're looking into it ". I've lost out & still loosing out. Fix it or get rid of it simple.
