of course they cripple a good thing. The idiocy of removing pass purchases from the app is indescribable. I dont use metro often so I only found out about the app a bit over a month ago. I finally used it last week. The ability to just buy a pass as I was headed to the stop was perfect. we are never allowed to keep even one good thing when it comes to transit.

why take away the ability to purchase bus passes and link them on the app. also almost getting kick off the light rail because the single fare only last a couple of mins, thanks HRT for ruining a great app I would but down 0 stars but there's no option. bring back the ability to buy and link bus passes. worst public transportation I've experienced

Monthly fare capping resets at the end of the month instead of keeping a rolling total of the last 30 days, not properly mimicking the paper month passes. If you ride daily, start using this app on the first of the month or you'll end up having paid more.
