Don't listen to the crybabies. They are a very young company. It's not perfect, but getting better. Keep it up!
Connects fast, within 3-4 sec, on my pixel 2. Would like the other features to be available, like auto - unlock or knock, but the basic ones are pretty good. Gave my friends access without problems. Not able to set managers for some reason. Also first set of batteries played maybe 1 month. I bought myself another one, and it's lasted for over 1.5 years, and it's at 47%.
If I knew it'd be years before I can auto unlock my door, I would have never purchased this product. Even when it did work on my old android system, most of the time it would take 30 seconds or more (sometimes never) to unlock the door. It was very intermittent. Now because the auto unlock is disabled, I haven't used the lock at all in over 8 months. I've developed 4 apps so far, and it should NOT take this long to redesign a feature for a new OS. Don't be stingy and hire more staff.
Slow response time 30-40 seconds to load. Sadly batteries no longer last more than 2-3 months for some odd reason, The 1st battery lasted almost a year, I bought the same kind & they're expensive
Causes my BT to misbehave... Persistent "Bluetooth share has stopped" error renders my BT unusable even with other devices.
Terrible functionality and terrible security. The whole Kickstarter campaign was lies, with most of the touted features completely missing. Requires location to be enabled to use despite this not being required for any other Bluetooth device. Had mine in the junk drawer waiting for Candy House to get it together but it never happened. Want to sell it in a yard sale but it's permanently linked to my account and it won't let me reset the password so I can't access it (just says Network Error). Complete garbage. May the people of Candy House learn from their pathetic embarrassing attempts and and learn to make decent software.
1. General fixes.
2. Improving the stability when using WiFi Access Point.
Due to the new software architecture and support for Android 8, the auto-unlock function needs to be redesigned. It is temporarily unavailable, but we are working hard to bring it back soon!
