It is the only app for Grizzl-E smart charger. It took me multiple tries and internet searches to figure out how to connect my Grizzl-E charger to the app. After install, I've learned the app doesn't tell me real-time charging status or amps of current. It doesn't alert me if it stops charging unexpectedly. I didn't need it for scheduling, so the only useful feature was charging history. I'm returning my Grizzl-E smart charger for a less expensive but more informative non – wi-fi charger.

The app incorrectly reports charging status and "time charging". It assumes plugged in must equal charging. This might work for commercial charge stations, but for a residential user that schedules for off peak charging the "time charging" being reported is useless. Please update the app so that it reports the time spent actively charging. I also wish I could set a basic $/kWh rate for home chargers to give me an estimate instead of app showing "free" for the cost.

despite receiving email confirming successful registration in the Chargelab rewards program and my Autel charger being registered, active and connect to the Chargelab OCPP server, I am not being provided the rewards section in the app under home charging or any other section. Latest app version is installed, logged in with registered email and have signed out and back in again with no positive results. Multiple requests made for tech support via AI chat agent and AI phone agent with no results
