Circle Medical is a primary care clinic that connects you with a board-certified provider for same-day or next-day video appointments. More than 25,000 patients per month use Circle to establish an ongoing relationship with a trusted primary care provider for their general physical and mental health, preventive care, medications, referrals and treatment of chronic conditions, as well as any urgent issues that come up.

Currently available for video appointments in 25 states and Washington D.C.

Circle Medical accepts most PPO insurance plans. No membership fees.

In-person appointments available in CA and NY, more locations coming soon.

Doctor is great, but the in-app experience leaves much to be desired. My chat feature hasn't been working for weeks since I last tried to reach out for a prescription refill - I have notifications that I need to check, but I consistently run into the error "Please try again. There was an issue loading the chat." and have no way to try and fix this or check my notifications. Extremely frustrating.

Leaves a lot of features yet to-be-desired. One example is the prescriptions screen of the app, it doesn't tell you hardly any details about it such as the quantity of pills dispensed. It only tells you the strength. Also, the billing and payment structure should be more robust and have more options. I should be able to pay a partial bill or split it or use multiple payment methods etc. The chat feature is absolutely abominable. It is way too aggressive and trying to force you to categorize

Totally unusable against Android update. Can't schedule/reschedule in the app. It gets stuck at a refresh icon screen, then an empty screen for insurance info/card on file, with no way to proceed. Also, can't close out a CS chat (due to slow response time, I resolved the issue on my own before getting a reply, but couldn't even comment in the chat to close it out)
