the app sucks. theres no feature to search available appointments only for your PCP. and if you click on the wrong category say followup, your doctor may not have availabilities for this type but is available for other types like annual wellness or standard appointment. I had to go back to select another category so many times. ALSO, WHEN I SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR A LAB TECH (BLOOD DRAW), THERE EAS A MESSAGE THAT POPPED UP TELLING ME THAT THE LAB TECH WILL NOW BE MY PCP. LOL. VERY CONFUSING.

Please stop requiring updates so often!!! it's like every time I go to open the app now, my phone doesn't have a lot of space and now it's interfering with my treatment because I can only schedule appointments through the app, not online. I am missing appointments because of the updating requirements every time I open the app. THE SERVICE IS FANTASTIC, I love it, BUT PLEASE STOP REQUIRING SO MANY UPDATES. ty!

My doctor was wonderful. The app is broken as hell. I couldn't join my virtual follow-up appointment, and then I got message that I was charged a $50 cancellation fee while I was activiely trying to troubleshoot why I couldn't join. "Sorry, something went wrong" Is all I got when I clicked on the Contact Support button.
