Ratings and reviews

Within 2 weeks of installing this, it was obvious that it was almost useless. I wanted to give it time to prove itself, but after 6 months it's still useless. Possibly it's down to my location not being well served, but none of the notifications are accurate, and I've been caught in so many downpours because there was no notification of coming rain, there's no point keeping it on my phone any longer. And as for the hourly/daily forecast, it's so wildly inaccurate I just use the BBC weather app.

I like the user interface and design, it's clean and easy to use. The alerts function is something I really like, but unfortunately isn't the most useful due to one slight issue. The weather forecasts themselves. Sadly they aren't entirely accurate, they're often close, but are slightly off more often than some other websites and presumably apps. Despite the inaccuracies, I'm going to stick with this app.

Earlier crashing problems resolved. It's got some nice features. The problem is that it's not accurate enough, enough of the time. No app is accurate all the time, including Dark Sky. They struggle with our location, on the Channel coast at one end of the unpredictable Atlantic system. But too many times, ClimaCell performs like this morning, when it tells me it's drizzling, when I can see light cloud out of the window, and this is confirmed by other apps.
