The app force closes every time I open it. So I uninstalled sms reinstalled it. The problem still continues and worse the times that it works briefly I am unable to access the account because for be to set up the dynamic pin I need to send a code to my phone and email but I never receive any code for either. I truly don't know how such a major banking app doesn't receive app updates for months at a time. But I keep forgetting we are in the Colombia smdh

bancolombia pushes ads on your bank app, this is unheard of, this is extremely worrying and bad. A bank app should not be plagued with ads, and there is not even an option to disable this so called "bank messages". This is solicitation, and should not be allowed.

App crashed out every time I need it. Even though I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and system still continues. In addition, when I called customer service line to get a solution, unfortunately the system has same issue. What an awful experience!
