As being a part of eurekaforbes family its very bad to give feedback like this. But truth is truth. I got very worst experience with this new app/technology. Now I am a paid member of EFGH, I am trying to call a doctor for my 6 1/2 yr son to get treatment on phone for his fever. I have booked 2 appointment s for 2 different doctor s. I din't received any call. Then I called EFGH call center. Even they r also not ready to pick my call. If the doctor s are not responded. At least call center person has to respond know. If EFGH DONE LIKE THIS NO ONE WILL encourage EFGH. AND NO ONE WILL PROMOTE EFGH. finally EFGH operations will fail. Sir, the concept of EFGH IS GR8. but we have to work hard for the success. Sorry for giving feedback like this. But my ultimate gole is the we have to succeeded in EFGH operation. Pl do needful changes,then only we can promote EFGH. IF NOT IT WILL BE A FAILURE. -Sree
Don't have to wait in hours or days to get an appointment or meet a doc. Jus call them and get treated at the right time. A good patient support team assists you. A very useful and must have app for our health benefits.
