Integration with Mothership app is good, and letting kids choose their own rewards via Amazon is a nice feature. But, problem is that kids can delete chores they don't want to do - without parent approval - and rewards they choose are automatically added alongside those chosen by parents - again, no approval needed. There should be at least a simple parent approval required to actually delete chores or add rewards (they should be "suggested" or "requested" until parents approve or modify).
I can't get logged in to it to use it. It keeps saying wrong user or password and I know I am using the right one.
I can't get into the app. It keeps saying there's an error with e-mail and password combination.
It's great when it works, but been getting a lot of internal server errors lately and can't do anything with it for hours on end.
Initially it worked amazingly, now my son is just frustrated, as chores he accomplishes are not sent for approval or are sent as different chores. This is constantly happening and he now doesn't even use the app
It works, but there's "server maintenance" all the time. Which is fine, but gets kind of annoying when it's only once a week.
