App no longer works AT ALL. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, done everything possible. All it does is crash. No way to communicate with my care team to get my needed carw. This app is the absolute worst. UPDATE: App keeps crashing, messaging won't load. Gets stuck in the loading stage and never loads. And that's the best case - mostly it just opens, flashes like a strobe, then shuts down. This company is a complete mess.

The app is so glitchy. I've tried uninstall/reinstall, clear cache, clear data, making sure it is up to date, logout/log in, etc. It may work for a day, then goes back to glitchy. This is the only way I can communicate with the providers. Spend some time fixing the app - it's been horrible for months.

I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall the app to use it. Truthfully, it's useless because if you don't have push notifications, they'll cancel your appointments and won't notify you, but the app itself works terribly. Was given the runaround from my insurance or else I 100% would never use this system.
