"A Word" Game presents you with 550 puzzles and thousands of hidden words that are getting harder and harder. As you progress through the game, you can open the locked achievements, compete with your friends on the scoreboard, or win 12 different badges in stages. Increase your points by competing against time.

"A Word" is constantly being developed. In the following days we will continue to add new sections in line with your requests.

Definitely addictive and quite nicely designed, but full of spelling errors, bizarre phrases that people don't say in real life and vague categories. Plus the skill level necessary is all over the place and doesn't really correspond with level; goes from breakfast foods to obscure ancient Egyptian symbols and back to, like, dog breeds. I had fun but was frequently baffled...

Difficulty curve is a flat horizontal line, the "to next badge" popups every three levels mean you spend more time watching an unnecessary glacial animation than actually playing, and when you actually reach the next badge there's no close button so you have to kill and reopen the game to resume playing.
