Once GigU's Cherry Pick feature is optionally activated, we use Accessibility Services to detect if a trip offer is on screen. This allows us to calculate and display valuable information, helping you decide whether to accept a ride. The Accessibility Service API is used exclusively for the Cherry Pick feature, only while it's activated. No personal information is collected, stored, or shared.

Ratings and reviews

After about an hour of it being active my phone completely hard crashes. I've tried it for a few days each time crashing my devices within an hour or so. I know it's Gigu is because when I turn it off my device no longer crashes. I filed a bug report and sent an email to try to get a fix. The only thing I received was an email in Spanish that had a case number attached to it (according to Google translate) but no idea what to do at this point. Most likely going to uninstall.

The first few months with this app were reasonably productive. But over a couple months later, the app would send confusing data where after displaying a profitable ride, after accepting it, it would change to a lower level of profit such as a yellow or red screen. Most recently, the app doesn't even show up on my Uber screen. I deleted both accounts and reinstalled them and it still didn't work. I contacted support, which is very limited, and it communicated in Spanish! Unreliable app!

I do not recommend buying this program. It seems inexpensive, but it works really poorly. First, it often shows crazy hourly earnings, which is very distracting, making you constantly check the information while working. Second, it doesn't always work properly in elevators, and for Uber, as it turns out, it doesn't work at all. And finally, when you contact tech support, you get zero help. In general, it's a waste of money and time.
